Salt Spring Island has a wide variety of excellent restaurants catering to all types of tastes and budgets. Most restaurants are located in Ganges village, but for those touring the Island, there are a few options at the north end of the Island, in Fulford Harbour and Vesuvius.

The Artist's Bistro is a wonderful choice with a great location and very good selection of dishes.

The Oystercatcher is at "Mouat's Landing" over looking the harbour, as well as a large outdoor patio. (250) 537-5041

Rock Salt Restaurant and Cafe is located in Fulford beside the BC Ferry terminal. 538-4833.
